Après avoir parcouru 10 km le long du lac, de Cheongpyeong Dam en direction de Namiseom Island, vous trouverez un groupe de bâtiments blancs, exotiques, sur la gauche du coteau. Par son apparence extérieure, ce lieu ressemble à un village de la côte méditerranéenne ou à une zone champêtre piémontaise. Il s’agit en fait de 'Petite France', un petit village établi dans la campagne coréenne !
Petite France est à la fois un village culturel français et un centre d’entraînement pour jeunes (Goseong Youth Training Center). Il est composé de 16 bâtiments de style français où les visiteurs peuvent loger et découvrir la gastronomie française ainsi que la culture du gîte et du couvert.



Le concept de Petite France se résume par : fleurs, étoiles, et Petit Prince. Le village contient notamment un mémorial dédié à Saint-Exupéry, l’auteur de cette célèbre oeuvre française (1943). Bien que ce village soit aussi appelé 'Parc d’Attraction du Petit Prince', le lieu contient également diverses galeries exposant des sculptures, des peintures ou des objets symboles de la France. Vous trouverez ainsi une petite exposition sur le coq gaulois, l’Orgel House (maison de l'orgue), où une boîte à musique de 200 ans joue une douce mélodie, une boutique vendant des herbes et produits aromatiques, une boutique à souvenirs, et encore plein d’autres endroit où vous pourrez découvrir la culture française. Le village peut accueillir jusqu’à 200 visiteurs avec 34 chambres d’hôtes pour 4 à 10 personnes chacune.


Profitez des marionettes, écoutez les instruments à percussion du monde entier et appréciez aussi l’expérience des jeux traditionnels français (pétanque si le temps le permet, jeux traditionnels en bois, baby foot etc).

The house of Yehbon(예본의 집) is a guesthouse in a single-story residential house. The owner of the guesthouse has stayed at many guesthouses in the US while traveling and loved how they decorated the rooms according to the unique characteristics of the region. This is why she furnished the rooms with a traditional Korean cabinet inlaid with mother-of-pearl and other furniture that are more than 100 years old and covered with mantles that she herself embroidered. The antique furniture is one of the outstanding features of this guesthouse, which has two guestrooms, living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. Many guests are from India, Canada, America, Netherlands, and Russia, including Koreans living abroad, and they say they find this place very comfortable. It's like homestay, but the owner of the guesthouse tries to provide enough privacy for those who wish to be left alone as well. It’s very conveniently located in Gangnam with access to public transportation within the vicinity and close to the subway station(3rd Daecheong station).

I give my guests space but I am available when needed. Privacy is protected. You can always communicate with the host. The guests stay in the 1st floor, and the host lives in the 2nd floor. You can cook and enjoy a meal together in a spacious kitchen. You can take a shower but no bathtub in the bathrooms. It's very easy to find my place. Parking: Just next to the gate. (20 steps) There're a lot of delicious inexpensive restaurants and a CU convenience store just in front of the house.

Ouvert en 1985, le marché de Garak est le premier marché public de gros en Corée. Sur une surface de 543 451 m², il propose des sections séparées pour les fruits, les légumes, l’ail, le poisson, la nourriture séchée et la viande.



Géré par la Société des Produits Agricoles et Marins de Séoul, le marché est l’endroit où sont acheminés les produits agricoles et les poissons de tout le pays pour les distribuer et leur attribuer un prix standard. Toute la nuit, des files de camions remplis de produits frais défilent dans le marché.



La vente aux enchères est l’évènement le plus excitant du marché. Si vous voulez en voir une, il est préférable de venir entre 18h et 21h. Si vous venez plus tard dans la soirée, vous pourriez vous perdre au milieu des camions et des marchands qui commencent à affluer.



Le marché est si grand qu’il est conseillé de se procurer un plan et de décider des sections que vous souhaitez visiter pour éviter de perdre trop de temps et d’énergie.
